I have made order and purchase 100 Highly Anonymous U.S. Private Proxies from packetflip.com
However it doesn't work for what I want and I have no use of them.
I did pay for them $100 so I will trade them for PVA.

he meant to say packetflip Terms of Service(TOS) doesn't allow proxies to be shared or sold.

Lol if you were in his position what would YOU do ?
Let people trade and sell their proxies with strangers ?

Also in our position: What will you do if police knocks on your door because your proxies were used for ID theft ?

Do not trade private proxies. that's very unfair against the proxy seller and possible risk for both sides.
