I'm not so sure about this. Every language has its own grammar, the result maybe unique, but may contain grammatical errors. I'd rather use spinner.

i've been using this method a while now..actually it's really good...however i like to keep my keywords in the text...
I think replacing your keyword to special character like ** then translate it will work,then use notepad to replace the ** to your target keyword.
 
Have used this spinning technique, although the editing aspect of the newly formed content can be time consuming.
 
Well this idea has been around for a long time. It is a poor man's spinner. Content is crap and you will have to spend lots of time making it read well.
