I googled
tried almost 40 tools
almost all needs to login and then say I dont have credit
any free tool?

If you have an android device, just search for Fotorama modded apk, it's working fine for me. (It has some credits limit but just clear the data's app and it will replenish)

Vidsoul can currently be used for free, but you'll have to wait for a long time. There should still be some limitations to the NSFW function of Kling at present.

pretty much every video gen tool has a daily/monthly free credit system. krea, kling, hailou definitely have.
