100 Average views with 100 videos after two years.

Hello I've been making videos on youtube ever since late 2019 (reddit tts videos) i build the bot myself in python and i make a manial selection of the replies. I used to heavily promote the videos on discord.

I have 25 subscribers... should i just delete all videos and start over with something else?

Originally it was yt monettization but right now I would be fine with either.

Im an artist and my channel has a mascot. I drew some reaction images for the thumbnail, so i do stand out from the crowd a bit.
 
Never delete any of your videos in youtube. In one another thread a user asked the same question and I replied him not to delete any videos in his youtube channel. This is because when you delete 25 videos in your channel it will send a bad signal to youtube algorithm and it will degrade your views and rankings. It will be difficult to increase your views after that.

So never delete any videos in your youtube channel.

If you want to change the genre then start uploading new videos with fresh and unique content. Very soon these old 25 videos will be buried deep down the playlist and youtube algorithm will start recognizing your channel for that genre.

Got it. So the advice will be same, never delete 100 videos. 25 subs is not a big deal. As more subs will join they will see the fresh content you will upload.
 
Does making videos unlisted / private also equal deleting, or simply lowering the channel authority?

Making videos unlisted / private is not the same as deleting. If you unlist / private your videos, it will not affect your channel.
