jes only thing which is not anonymous is the address where you wanted your prepaid card to be shipped .. but this is not needed it also works fine with VCC

DO NOT trust OP, Was scammed, he provided hacked accounts, not whitehat acconts. Hacked accounts limited instantly when login, he charges 200$ Per account.

also this accounts are not hacked ones they are totally faked and I charge more than 200$, some of them are online for half an year without limits

I was thinking about Cyprus account before. Spoke with paypal rep. She said that they are ok with the fact that I'm here in Russia but my paypal is registered in Cyprus. I've read that you can create an acc in Cyprus even without going there. The problem is that I do dropshipping and need only US, Uk or Canadian paypal. Many suppliers don't allow you to buy from foreign paypal acc.
