well, hostgator requires plenty of information. so those living outside US and Canada dont hav to waste their time.

using fake address won't work because they will detect your ip adress. However I'm not trying to surf anonymous yet, it might work or maybe masking your real ip address with high anonym proxy.

you can bypass that with 1 call
