Really hard to tell , maybe i was the right person in the right time (not the best here i guess) , if you consider getting bankrupted few time is an achievement well i did it few time , but with the right contacts (and skills) you can do it again , is actually too easy, every method here will work (depends on where you live) , but my advice if it count , be easy on your BH money , make something out of them , you know the easy come easy go ? it's true , just be responsible for your actions

Biggest mistake is thinking everything will last (talking about xx,xxx per day)

Everything you mentioned is shit comparing to MMO (they will buy everything , with the right upsell they will thank you)
ROI : Imagine sending mails where you spend few dollars to make 300-500$ per lead
FB (old days , maybe taboola now , but the difference is too big)

I had some success with Yahoo answers and flippa (20 blogs + when google didn't care )
(Can you imagine at some point google actually put buttons for results , yeah a button that you can hijack to put your result on top )
