10 Year legal domain

Starts with legal and ends in desk put those two words together with dot com

After looking up the domain you will realize you wasted $7,000.
Don't rush into things, that's a lot of money to lose.

The domain is 10 years old.. I place the coming soon up, because I am developing a freelance site for it...

@alexglo thanks I'm glad you understand, this forum is full of young kids with no understanding of a BRAND!!! Watch this website blow up in 6 months

You can wait another 10 Year and Sell the Domain for $14k...!:trytofly:

Or may be Try Developing on your Own to Sell Back

Cheers

Don't worry, he is millionaire, haha. You spent 7k for the domain, and based on your assumption its worth 12k? :icecream1

what IS the domain? EMD with good keyword? could be worth lots of money easily.

Ok...it is brandable for a legal website. You could make your money back with ads and sell space to lawyers but it does seem a bit expensive now that I know the name...$2500-$3000 tops I feel.

If it is brandable and has 10 years of domain age it could easily be worth 12K, especially if it has continuously been registered for those ten years and not allowed to expire. 10 years of domain age is very significant authority.

Come on guys. He had someone appraise it at that value so it has to be true. He has the certificate to prove it I'm sure.

@Techxan you are correct the domain has been register for 10 years straight, I really don't care what some of these guys are talking about. I have been in the SEO business for 12 years. I myself have sold websites for 300K.. So some young punk opinion does not matter to me.. But for those that see the big picture understand what I am doing.. Thanks guy's

some of you guys are 15 years old who just got a PC from mammy and really don't know what is IM. have you ever heard about a domain name sold for $3M ? give OP an answer or just mind your own business you some kids.

OP i would suggest to take care of your website structure since you got it for this price. i don't know its worth or not but i am sure someone on you age know exactly what he's doing.

wishing you the best luck!

Leo

I wonder how much your system costs. I would love to do your next project xD
Guys I did have a plan, I thinking of creating a freelance site for paralegal and lawyers. The development is in motion just wanted to see what kind of responds I would get! Some of you guys are A-holes

domains can be very expensive , especially "old" domains with a popular name!

You know what OP, at first it seemed as if you had no idea what you were talking about, basically because your OP was lacking any type of information that would display experience.

After reading your responses, what you have IS gold.

Good job! This IS going to blow up, and I'll be the first to congratulate you.

You guys are seeing the new fiverr of legal work or the new iwriter or legal work but scaled to a new proportion.

:congrats:

And to the newbs, you should all get a nice little hammer for the propensity of bullshit you spray around this forum.

BHW needs to remain a professional environment, keep your flames in the LOUNGE AREA.

Not true for every domain. I have domains 16+ years old and age does help but is not an tuomatic high price range either...

@snOrt excellent point! I am a 43 old year who has sold several businesses for a good amount of money. What I am thinking about is developing a Freelance site like odesk. The name is PERFECT for what I am trying to do... Watch in 6 months!!!
