I got an affiliate approval that will provide me $10 for each free trial. But I have no clue how can I motivate people to take free trial through my affiliate link. I need your suggestion in this case. How can I promote this and make good money?

Find what problem does app solve. What market gap is that app fulfilling. It has nothing to do with motivate people ( unless it's a motivation, manifestation product app).
Then find those audience that app is suppose to target, figure out how to reach them and put your offer in front of them.

send more traffic to that page, for 1000 views, get some res. proxy n fill out urself.. always use new gmail, new vcc if needed.. ony one vcc for entire network..

You must've thought about promoting the product before applying for the network. There are hundreds of ways to promote products and services, so it's difficult to say what works for you. There are several methods like SEO, smm, advertising, etc. Find out what works for you.

It really depends on the niche. Answer the question of who you could help with the service and target that niche.
Maybe you could start by using yourself as an example: what motivated or caught your attention to continue with that service/promo?
