Hm.. for that you need a lot of experience. But I think with this skills, you could make a good amount of $$$ every month.

What do you think one average Freelancer with this skills makes a month?
 
I know the 3. (for wordpress) and the 5 (I learned it an collage)
 
I think curl should be on that list too, any serious web developer should have that in his/her arsenal
 
i think old programming languages like c++ and c# are also important. If you can conquer these languages, it shows that you will not have any problems picking up new programming languages even if you didn't learn them before.
