But I still have to link the whole operation together to make money. Some tasks like managing the bids / placements / creatives / Cloakers / can only be done by me.

I could have one person allocate to each task but then the whole process won't make sense because the person doing all these tasks above has to monitor traffic / revenue / cost.



I did some digging on this, talked with a few people / tech teams, below are my thoughts :

- It's gonna take months to develop and constant headaches to test/ fix bugs
- Some tasks such as editing creatives would still need to be done manually
- A person who already tried and tested automation told me that it would result in accounts getting banned much faster as Google will easily detect it if its been used on a large scale
- The only thing left in my mind now, is it worth it?



Thats exactly what I'm doing. Low wages workers do very well with specific tasks, but for upper management tasks - they aren't proficient and very hard to train IMO.



Fair point but getting to the level where I am isn't hard if you knew the process. Scaling from here is what's hard.



Yep all my staff are remote. Do you know anyone who was able to create such a dashboard and automate things as such with Google?

It is not difficult to expose fakers as they are overly sensitive whenever met with even the slightest criticism. You pretend to ask for ideas but in reality you just want validation from random people.

- Unable to delegate a lot of tasks (While I do have a team working for me, I can't delegate the "good stuff" - don't trust anyone )

- Can't clone myself, accounts get banned all the time so in order to replace them I hit the ceiling in terms of revenue and I can never have all campaigns live across all GEOs / Verticals at once. Less than 10% of my campaigns are live at any given time.


The possible solutions I came up with:

1. Find 10 solid players, create a crew, I charge them each like $200k, give them the infrastructure, all the campaigns and they share profits with me ( Easier said than done )

2. Teach family members ( I'm worried mixing family and business never goes well, things will get complicated later on )

3. Teach friends ( Don't have any )


I'm very curious to know how people take things to the next level because I am operating at max scale and I have been back stabbed in the past by my team members. I can't have that happen again. I am legit considering option #1 , may be sign some contracts, etc. Your thoughts on this?


P.S: Willing to have a credible member check some of my G Ads account / MCC spendings etc - without revealing any campaigns obviously to prove i'm not full of crap.
