Yes, you can run them until you get caught... I'm sure that's not what you are aiming for. But managing a $10M account won't help you more than a fresh account, it might even be harder pulling it off with an account that has so many eyes on.

I don't think you understand how this works or what I am all about. I have tons of accounts -> warm up, they make me money, they die, we replace them.
 
Amounts like these are just insane to control, I think. Even if you have a team working together.

If I could clone myself a few times, I would have been there already. There is only so much you can delegate to your team because you can't trust anyone with money campaigns.
 
It's not easy to give you useful advice, without knowing all the details about your day-to-day workflows and operations. From what it seems, you are managing the ad accounts, and key BH campaigns all by yourself. Some tasks are delegated/outsourced but clearly there are some huge bottlenecks that suck up most of your time.

You have a huge budget. A lot of your workflows can very likeky be automated. Do you have a really strong developer on your team? If you are logging in to accounts 1 by 1 / creating campaigns manually, all of that takes a ton of time. Even If you are using Multilogin or some other software, all of it can be at least 90% automated.

None of it is easy to do obviously, and a developer also adds some risk. You have to be extremely selective on who to hire.

Thank you for your valuable inputs. Yes I am using Adspower (I find it better than ML).

I never knew this process could be automated. I do not have a developer on my team as I don't have the use for one yet.

Have you been able to successfully automate this whole process? I.e, warming up accounts, creating a display campaign- turning Cloaker on / off, increasing budget, monitoring for review, 1 site per campaign / GEO/ account, playing with bids, etc. A lot of variables goes into this, which further complicates the task of automation.

I would love to know If you were able to successfully automate everything on a mass level.

I understand exactly what you meant. That's pretty much the way to go.

Having a 10m account won't help you avoid being banned, and the profit margin for most WH campaigns is much lower.

What do you mean managing a 10m account? My goal is to make $10m per month - I don't care about accounts getting banned. I have tons of back ups, I just don't have enough time to do them all by myself, because when one gets banned you need to replace them and it takes my time.
 
Damn,for 200k monthly would give anything to join this team
 
The typical way to scale a business is you hire employees.

You break the task down into idiot proof parts and give each person of the team 1 part to do.

Then nobody really understands the whole except you / senior management.

I have done that many times with my businesses, now you could even look to invest in ai to do elements of it.

you can also teach everything to a PA, who you can train to become a manager, everything but a single thing, eg. suppliers / banks. then the PA can manage these employees, marketing, sales, you will take care of the banks and the money

But how do you trust him? What if he starts his own company and competes with me? Money changes everyone. That's the main issue im facing.

You missunderstood what both i and @mrbit said.

You dont train the same person to do everything, you train different people to do different parts and piece it together. Even better automate some of it, so no people.

To give you an example i have a ppc agency.

Our usp is we have a very nifty way of instantly building lookalike audiences of thousands, within 24 hours for 0 ad costs. Apply that to your ad campaign and watch roi rocket.

I have staff who manage paid ad campaigns etc, but i dont teach them how to build the lookalike audience.

So, who gives a shit if they get another job, or setup on their own they cannot take my usp with them, they dont know how i do it. Infact i actually work with lots of ex-employees who set up on their own, i actually encourage them to do it.

That is what you need to do.

It's possible. I did not reach a scale yet, where it's necessary - but we did build inhouse browser extensions to automate some things in FB ads manager. It will work similarly for Google Ads as well. Depending on your processes - either a custom browser extension or a full automation tool will work better for you. Most tools, including your cloaker and Adspower, will have an API to automate things. A developer will be able to consult you on the possibilities.

A full management tool will cost more to develop, than a browser extension, but it can do a ton more automations. You can check this tool - Dolphin for BH FB ads. But I don't think they do Google ads at the moment.

It's best to make your own custom tool, as you will have full control of the features. Everything you described is 100% possible. It only feels complicated but an experienced develoeper will be able to implement everything exactly how you want and save you hours of time each day.

My advice be to stay from hiring V.A's from Tier 1 countries and only hire people from 3rd world countries like Phillipines, Thailand, India, African countries, South American countries to help run your campaigns and pay them low wages like $3-4 dollars an hour. Then It wont matter if they try to setup campaigns that others would normally try to steal from you. They would be way too poor and would never really have access the type of capital needed in order to compete with you on a large scale. I hope this advice helps.

I once worked for a company with a large ad spend and I knew (and still know) their money making scheme (WH of course). I programmed on their systems. I still never started my own company based on that - just too much involved to make a go at it. Anyone you bring on will have the same problems you are having.

And if someone has 200K to give you they probably already have some way of bringing in a load of cash - why would they need to give it it you?

All that said I don't have 200K to give you so take what I say with a grain of salt.

#1 - Automate as much as possible. Create some kind of a dashboard where you would have all your google accounts and make the necessary changes ( turning cloaker on/off / creating campaigns / change bids etc.) with few mouse clicks without the need of logging in to each of them separately.

#2 - It is almost never possible to automate everything so just split the manual work that's left in to smaller tasks and delegate them to your staff. You don't even need to have them in your office, in fact it would actually be even better if they were remote workers that don't even know each other.
