$10 Million Per Month With Google Ads

- Google Premier Partner Ads Account ( rules are for noobs - you can get away with a lot of things on these accounts )

- Crypto Campaigns ( Display + Search )

- Sweepstakes Campaigns ( Search )


I have what it takes to make way more than $10 million per month but here are my struggles:

- Unable to delegate a lot of tasks (While I do have a team working for me, I can't delegate the "good stuff" - don't trust anyone )

- Can't clone myself, accounts get banned all the time so in order to replace them I hit the ceiling in terms of revenue and I can never have all campaigns live across all GEOs / Verticals at once. Less than 10% of my campaigns are live at any given time.


The possible solutions I came up with:

1. Find 10 solid players, create a crew, I charge them each like $200k, give them the infrastructure, all the campaigns and they share profits with me ( Easier said than done )

2. Teach family members ( I'm worried mixing family and business never goes well, things will get complicated later on )

3. Teach friends ( Don't have any )


I'm very curious to know how people take things to the next level because I am operating at max scale and I have been back stabbed in the past by my team members. I can't have that happen again. I am legit considering option #1 , may be sign some contracts, etc. Your thoughts on this?


P.S: Willing to have a credible member check some of my G Ads account / MCC spendings etc - without revealing any campaigns obviously to prove i'm not full of crap.

A few 'name sake' friends that I used to pay for their for parties etc but I'm not in touch with them anyone. Working online for over a decade will do that to you.. or am I the only one?
 
Boss how can I get such Google ads account ( Google Premier Partner account)?
 
Not really sure if you’re being serious or not... $120 million a year with Adsense sounds like a bad joke (no offense). If you’re for real you have to be realistic. Even 1% of that figure would be insane.

Its not Adsense. Google Ads, paid advertising, big difference. Keep living in your bubble.

One thing I would add is that the chances someone is going to pay you 200k without a proven track record are close to zero.
You either "lend them" that money to leverage the fact you have never done something like this before at such scale or you grown slow, progressivily getting bigger

The only way to expand is to get more people. You may get burned along the way, but that is just the cost of doing business. The best way to do this is to work with someone from a Tier 1 country and move there yourself if you don't already live in one. Get a good lawyer and draft contracts, that way if someone fucks you over, you have some recourse.

Why do you need a Google premier account? If your campaign isn't profitable, it's not going to be profitable with them - the main rules still apply, with a few exceptions that I cannot mention publicly but in essence its the same.

But Normal accounts are a big no - no, simply because of the payment methods headache, getting CC, etc.

Not just Google Premier, but Agency accounts have invoicing billing which solves the payment method issue, and that's where you need to start.

You're 100% right. No one would pay me 200k without a proven track record but its not hard to prove how much I spend. A live screen share across my Google MCCs and my earnings, along with my AM's vouch would suffice.

The main issue is, if someone has 200k to pay me, chances are they are already making good money. So it would be meaningless either way.

I am not talking about Crypto campaigns that steal other people's money. I am talking about CPA crypto offers that pay $1k for 1 conversion.

Yes I do work with tracking template for some of my search campaigns.

Interesting, but how will i get a good lawyer to draft a contract with my team members, when the campaigns are BH in nature.

The work around I thought was, if lets say I get people to pay me and we make an unofficial crew, I would have my lawyers draft a contract stating I am not responsible for the campaigns they run- But if they are directly working for me, then I am responsible for everything, including the BH campaigns, does that make sense?

So in turn, it renders everything useless and I will not be able to sue my team members in case they decide to do it themselves as I can't go to court in the first place.

tbh the people making money are actually the ones who would be quicker to close a deal if they see the potential, difference is that they can weed out the bs faster than someone who isnt making money. Everyone has an idea of where they want to get and if you happen to be at the right place and right time they will see you as an opportunity,
And I dont think a screenshot is enough. I would build a case study presentation, offering them secondary account access in case they need to verify your numbers.

I used to run an account of this size for a company I worked for. You get good treatment from your rep, and early access to any betas and alphas they have, but even though you get some sort of flexibility regarding their policy, you don't get away with everything.
You can't run crypto ads unless you qualify to, and in that case, you can approve any size of account to do that, you just need to do the paperwork.

A live screen share on Skype or team viewer, not a screenshot. The verification part is not a problem.

Yeah a case study presentation would be best, but even that I cannot share publicly. And I wouldn't know where to find people willing to pay me that much.

Im starting to think this isn't a viable option but im really hoping someone here can show me the light. There must be at least 1 guy here who had this problem in the past and figured the solution, i.e , a way to scale.

Crypto CPA campaigns are BH - That's why the accounts get banned and its exactly the reason im having trouble scaling.

You won't be able to run them on this type of account either.
By crypto, I meant the same types of campaigns run by companies like Coinbase.

I am already running them, you can actually run those on normal accounts as well.
