All those foods are bad for you even without being poorly modified.
Americans don't have to worry about this since we don't eat vegetables anyways.
Basically, stay away from processed foods, or produce not purchased from an organic store, or most fast food (most meats and veggies sold at the biggest franchises are GMO).
The average american consumes 42 pounds of corn syrup a year.
What? Since then are papayas, rice (brown), potatoes, tomatoes and peas bad for you? These all are whole foods, so nothing bad with them provided they are grown organically.
Thanks for the list, even though I already knew it all except for papayas. Oh well, I don't live in Hawaii anyway.

Anyway, I've heard that having your own private farm can get you arrested. Hope that's not true.
Private farms are not illegal.
Those foods contain alot of carbs, which is bad for your body in large doses.

7. Rapeseed - In Canada, this crop was renamed canola to differentiate it from non-edible rapeseed. Food stuff produced from rapeseed includes rapeseed oi (canola oil) l used to process cooking oil and margarine. Honey can also be produced from GM rapeseed. German food surveillance authorities discovered as much as a third of the total pollen present in Canadian honey may be from GM pollen. In fact, some honey products from Canada were also discovered to have pollen from GM rapeseed.

Really? I think it's only best to say to take them in moderation. But organic foods are still the best.

I was happier, six months ago, when all I had to worry about was staying away from hydrogenated oils. But now every food, every fucking food, is bad for us. Even milk, meat, it's all bad for us. Fuck this planet. I'm going to continue eating, and when I get cancer at 50, I'll take a gun and shoot myself in the head.
Fucking rice and tomatoes... really? Fuck it... just fuck it. Tomorrow I'm buying a chocolate donut with pecans in it, and I'll enjoy it. Hydrogenated oils, be damned. I haven't eaten wheat in 3 months, but fuck it, I weigh 120.
I think his generalization refers to foods that are primarily starch, which is equivalent to sugar, vs. high-protein foods that provide something more than a spike of empty calories. I've also heard that the nutritive value of fruits is over-rated, as they are primarily sugar also, so that's how tomatos might be included, IDK.
There's a weekly radio show here where the guy spends about 2 hours talking about how to raise plants, vegetables, etc... and every once in a while he start talking about GMO's and it's fucking SCARY.
Monsanto? Anyone here trust Monsanto? Anyone here want to eat something that Monsanto made? If Monsanto says it's safe, you can assume that it's as toxic as hell, and will probably kill you. I have a certain level of respect for advances in Agricultural Science and the fact that we can now produce so much food that world hunger is primarily a distribution problem and not a production problem, but still, I sure as fuck am not going to use fucking MONSANTO as my authority as to whether or not something is safe to eat.

Just eat the macronutrients you need in our daily diet, with whatever you hit them it doesn't matter, your body will be greatful. There are tons of calcualtors for this on how many carbs/proteins/fats you need per day.
Do you also have large breasts and a narrow waist?
