OK, you read a lot. Then what are the methods that you can try that need around $10 of investment?
If you read a lot you know there are few options available but you probably are looking for a miracle, to turn $10 into $10K....if that is the case then go to the near church ( or whatever are your believes ) donate $9 and pray for few hours and buy a lottery ticket.

Honestly, I don't think there are that many options, but maybe you can try binary options or something. Just find a broker that'll let you open an account with any amount. Just an idea.

Don't waste your $10. If you want to do social media with proxies that is over saturated and dead unless you spin new content. You can't buy a domain and flip unless you travel back in time and reserve a hot spot domain like dog or sex. I invest $XXK to make 1.1x back monthly...

I will suggest you to buy a domain and park it. And in black hat world you will see few method how to drive traffic in your parked domain. I would love you to buy health domain. You can buy good domain from godaddy just $0.99. When you will drive traffic, you may able to start earning money.
