I agree on the electricity because electrons always existed. Other than that you assume civilizations before us, as advanced as they might have been, had the same path as us, same needs, same answers to problems.
Ancient Egyptians had batteries (oldest was discovered in Iraq), condoms (made from intestines) and dildos (made of ceramic/mud).
Extremely old Aluminium object was found in Romania (estimated 10k years old at least) but Aluminium was discovered in a laboratory in modern times. Also it is an Aluminium+Stanium alloy and these 2 metals can not be made to become an alloy not even today with modern technology.

Aztec civilization had written instructions and instrument descriptions for brain surgery that today is impossible - including brain transplant.

It seems the Moon may be in fact hollow. NASA did some tests and though I was not able to find much official info some of the scientists said it behaved as being a hollow object.
So, there are many mysteries, maybe a lot of bullshit and conspiracy theory too. Point is, from that to assuming everything we have today existed 10 billion years ago is a stretch. especially that the age of the universe is 13.75 billion years so 10bln would be close to its birth. It is true that by some mathematical models the human civilization is a very young one compared to others that (may) exist in the universe, but even so, for some of the stuff you say to have existed 10bln years ago is a bit of a stretch for me.
