Even if a DR 80 site is a quality one, it is not recommended to get 10 backlinks from there. Because it will be seen as 1 referring domain.
Try to get backlinks from unique referring domain even if the DR is 20.

In my opinion, Having multiple backlinks from the same high authority site like Forbes may still provide some link juice benefits, but diversifying backlinks across various high domain authority sites is generally more effective.

In my opinion, it is not worthwhile to acquire 10 such links at once, it is worthwhile to check 1-2 test if it gives something. DR should not be the only determinant.
For example, I once acquired 100 links from 100 sponsored posts on a very large news site, DR 83, traffic 53 million. The impact of these links = 0. They did nothing.
Whether links give power can only be checked by testing.

Honestly, I have no idea. I bought links from other big portals with similar parameters and those links gave a boost in serps. That's why I think it's crucial to test backlinks - whether it's guest posts, sponsored posts or PBN or other backlinks.
When buying sponsored posts, I noticed that they give much better results if the post is on the homepage of the portal at least 1 day. If you buy a link in a post that is not linked internally at all, does not appear even for a moment on the homepage or the main category page then it often does not give results.

Should focus not only on the DA / DR
But also on the relevancy of the niche and also the traffic the website has
Because there are too many fake guest post out there
They are actually PBN with inflated metrics using spammy links .
Then they sell as guest post at lame pricing
But they actually worth only a few bucks max
