10 Amazon Websites To $3,000/Month

Hello, guys & gals.

So here is another Amazon journey & welcome to my thread. I've been doing SEO for some years but have been absent for 1 year or so. Now am back and will continue with Amazon this time.

What is the goal?

To make and rank 10 amazon affiliate websites.
Earn at least $300 on average from each site.
Sell some or all the websites for 24x the monthly revenue and invest the money in other ventures.

What is the project?

I have visualized my entire project. It's more easy for me to visualize my thoughts than write a plan.

Tools of trade:

XMind - Free version -> It helps me a lot with my plans and visualize my thoughts
MarketSamurai - Paid Version -> For keyword research
MajestiSeo Silver Plan - > For backlink analysis

What I've done so far:

I have research and select all my main keywords for all my projected websites (12 websites so far)
Built my first website. The main keywords for this site have from 2k to 10k searches per month.
Bought a good domain, short and easy to spell.It looks more like a brand than EMD.
Bought a cloud VPS on DigitalOcean for $6/month with automatic backups.
Analyzed my competitors.In the 1st pic, you will see the number of words that each one has on the homepage.
Deposited $250 on TextBroker and ordered my main article, 4-star writer at $125. It will be over 5000 words, twice bigger than the competitor.

To Do:

Find a good premium WP theme
Install all the necessary WP plugins
Post the main article and order few more secondary articles.
Begin with SEO

Why Am I posting this journey here?

To learn more from you.
To help others learn more.
To keep me more motivated.

I will update whenever I find it necessary with my progress.

Expenses so far:

Domain: 10$
VPS: Approx: 74$/Year
MajestiSeo: 130 euros ~ 150$
TextBroker: 250$
Total: Approx: 500$ Including misc. expenses.

Income: 0$ (From this journey, I make about 1-2k$/m from another source )

I am aware of this way but my images are hosted on BHW servers and I don't know how to get full URL path

I love how many Amazon journeys that have popped up recently! A lot of journeys to follow now and this will be one of them! You seem to know what you're doing, best of luck!

I am also planning Amazon aff site ... already bought a domain for this. But then stepped back thinking if it'll work or not.
Even opened a listing on flippa .. lol

Your plan seems good... hope your journey will help me decide my plan. All the best to your journey.

Just 1 question: have you registered a keyword domain or a brandable/broad name? What i bought is a shopping niche targeted ... not specific niche.

Superb journey totally how long you have spent to earn this money. You spent 500$. Good luck.
And many of them providing amazon sites at 27.5$ per site. So you may save your money.

Looking good so far.

Also just wanted to say someone did a test and they found 3k words the optimal length for content

When they added 4k and even 5k words to the article the rankings never increased. Just wanted to throw that out there

I use Facebook and Google Search mostly, with Twitter here and there to help. My main income source is just simply reselling Amazon products cheaper than Amazon to my social fans. I scan white hot products that are in demand now, list them as being cheaper than x store (example BestBuy, Tigerdirect, Amazon official brand representitive, etc). It works, you just have to know what to do to make them money. I exploit eBates locally as well, people go ape shit crazy over being able to save 6% (I charge a 1% fee) on certain stores.

How will you know if it works or not if you don't even try??

Brandable domain of 2 words. 1 generic word and 1 broad word of my niche.

I use namestation.com , it gives me some good ideas and names (No aff. in any way )

Yes it is possible. I've seen websites being sold for that.The more established a website is, the more it can be sold for. Also, I have personal experience .I have sold a website for 18x monthly revenue.It was 1+ year old.

You get what you pay for. $500 is total so far for tools,hosting etc. For this website, I've spent just 125$

I am aware of this as well. But it helps for long tail keywords. Neil Patel increased his traffic by 13+% just by increasing his post length and including long tail keywords. His posts on his other site , neilPatel . com have always 5k words and he went from 0 to 100k visitors in 8 months or so.

Don't forget that 80% of total searches are from long tail keywords.

Time for another update.

What I've done so far:

1. Received my main articles,5100+ words and created my home page.

This is how I've formatted my home page:

Any suggestion is welcome

2. Installed and uploaded all the necessary plugins for SEO ,Contact form & Site speed.

This is how fast my site loads just by using a fast cloud vps (DigitalOcean) and W3 Total Cache

3. Ordered 6 more secondary articles 500-600 words each and 6 articles to be used for web2 properties.

4. Ordered and setup my first expired domain. Domain + Hosting for 1 year. Will point to my main site once my main site is indexed fully.

That's all for this websites. Pretty much this site is done and ready for promotion. I will begin SEO and maybe some social campaigns on this one.

What's next:

Do SEO for this website , web2 properties etc.
Track rankings.
Do detailed research about my 2nd site & set it up.

Small update.

Current ranking:

I am quite surprised to see this kind of ranking without building any link.

I have only 1 5k+ words article on my main page and used my main keyword 2-3 times max.

Today I built 2 quality backlinks from a PBN but none of them is indexed yet.

Time for update

It's been some time since my last update.

What I've done so far since the last update:

Site1:

I built few more backlinks. 3 PBN and 2 web 2. However,just 1 of them is indexed so far (pbn).
Ordered another 4k words guide (still yet to be delivered). Total 9k along with my main page.

Ranking:

This site is raking well , despite only 1 backlink being indexed.The only reason I can think is the big , 5k words article on my main page.

My main keyword jumped to 76 out of nowhere.

Here is my current ranking:

I switched to SerpBook from MS free tracking plan.MS is taking too long to update the results on the free plan.

Site2: I began to work on my second site as well.So far I've:

Bought a good domain with my main keyword on it
Hosting
Installed WP along with plugins and theme.
Ordered 3,5k words article and waiting to be delivered.

Once I get my main article,I will start promoting site 2 as well.

What's next:

Do SEO for site 2.
Continue SEO for site 1.
Order more articles to post on site 1.
Do research for site 3.

I am going to build 3 sites total before expanding to more sites. I want to be sure that my strategy is working before I spend money on more websites.Also, I would like to see some revenue on the current websites, this will help me to keep it going and build more websites.

Time for another update

Site 1 Ranking:

Site 1 has been going up and down with many keywords going down to nowhere and back higher.The main keyword disappeared for few days and came back stronger. I think it is still in goongle dance mode yet.

I built 5 pbn sites for site 1,however 2 domains never got indexed.I think these were penalised before and I didn't do my due diligence as it should.I am replacing these 2 but the new domains are not indexed yet.
Made 4 good HQ web2.
I added another big article 3,900 words on this website.

Site 1 traffic:

Few visitors here and there from long tail keywords.50% of them from bing so far.
Bounce rate is very low for serp visitors from 0 to 30% (not full stats yet)

Site 2 Ranking:

Site 2 has the above ranking without any link at all.Medium competitive niche.

I added a 4k words article on my main page so far on this site

What's next:

Build more links for site 1.
Build the first links for site 2 and see how it will rank.

Plan & build site 3.I am planning to build this niche site on a expired domain with good metrics with at least 20 hq backlinks.
