No, it's not worth it. You can get 10k profile links on Fiverr for $5 or $10 dollars.

You won't get deindexed. You will be affected by the google dance though.

Not worth it if you go by the quantity. On Fiverr, same would cost $5.
But can't comment on the PR, DF/NF/ OBL etc etc..
Which tool would be good for new websites with no existing backlinks?
If you're site is a quality site and not an auto blog, MFA site or got very little content it won't get deindexed for some forum profiles linking to it.

If it's 10,000 unique profiles from 10,000 unique domains I would say it may be worth it.
However if it's just a 10k blast or 10k random urls from a couple k domains, I would say go to Fiverr as other members have mentioned. There are better deals out there if you look for a while!
