Expenses are a .com domain.

In this month I made just a couple of little updates.
No work input, no money.

Anyway, I want to change that. Also, I want to see how much I get for my working hour.
Finding that is a little harder than it seems.

Earnings are delayed a lot. A website can get ranked, from 2-6 months or more. So you can easily get demotivated. Add net-30 payments and you can see that 4 months can pass, before you see any money. By that time, you forgot how much work hours you put in. Euphoria comes in, when you get payment. Sadness shortly after you work again, with no avail.

I will start using a work log app. And with a little correlation between traffic, earnings and work I should get a rough figure.

Don't give up man. You were doing so well and inspired me to actually start and not just read. You gained some invaluable experience. No-one can take that from you!

Time management is crucial for any type of business so you should definitely look more into that when you have some time. Wish you all the best with your journey and hopefully we'll see better stats for October.

This month I put in ~30+hours.
I've let some domains to expire, in order to focus on those that actually bring some traffic.
Bought a better router with an usb, to have my own ftp. You can have your own clowd: a ftp compatible router, an external hard drive and an app, like FolderSync.

And I decluttered my computer.

Oh, I also wrapped my head using Vagrant the right way.
At least, I think so.

Dude, let me tell you what I did when I was broke and got started in IM.

First, I started broke, just a couple bucks to my name.

I had enough to buy hosting + a domain.

Yes it's frustrating you really don't have money to get something started, but I didn't want to give up.

So I thought of several ways to make money to invest in this and make things work.

EUREKA!

I found that I could use my skills to make money! People here in the freelance section were looking for coding projects to get done and I helped them! I probably made around $500 with them and then I could use them to invest.

I have to say I was so good that most of the people I worked for asked me to do more jobs, hence more $$$ to my name!

(Read my itrader here in bhw for the reviews I got ;) )

Now, as I knew I would still needed money to actually create a decent sized site so then I saw what was trending and I saw gsa ser lists! People were making money selling them so I decided to actually go and find out how they did it.

Found out they had proxies and gscraper + footprints and voila! They had a list to sell!

That's when I opened my first bst here in bhw: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/misc/679109-roys-gsa-ser-lists-unique-url-lists-100k-links-2-a.html

I didn't stop selling them until after actually getting some more big sales to recurring members (I was selling verified lists for like $97/month) and until people stopped selling I made around $4k or so with these threads.

NOW I had money to work on my sites and make things happen!

Obviously it didn't happen overnight but hey it worked!

This is the post in my journey thread when I reached the lovely $100 a day :)

The lesson? Use your skills to profit man. It doesn't matter what they are, or what you know. You can use them to build a budget for your projects and later grow them as big as you can! :)

All in all bro, I wish you the very best of luck and keep on rocking man! :)

I'm dead sure that with persistance you WILL GET THERE!

Keep posting OP! good luck, you'll reach there, I think sometime it will sky rocket up! :)

Good luck. But remember, after all of the hard work, you won't be living at your parents house!

This month I've been developing the back of a customized landing page. Learning and developing can be very slow.
But in the achievement box: I have a nice, easy to replicate setup:
- a vagrant box,
- HeidiSQL as a replacement for phpMyAdmin (HeidiSQL was very annoying in the beginning)
- git + bitbucket for no worries.

If you are afraid to starting coding, because you experienced messing a working version, while trying to make it better, you should check this out.
In the future, I will look for some kind of version control for databases. Or maybe you have some suggestions.

@Joethemonkey101: Well, coded something last months into LP admin panel. Not really used that until this month.
I should refactor that, it is kind of hard to add features.

Other than that, I coast along.

Physical goals are always the best.

Best of luck to you buddy!

OP your doing really good this is really giving motivation to people, i know you make your goal you have my prayers. I know you will be successful.

why are you coasting? at this rate it will take 2 years to reach your goal

Well...

Shacks prices gone up.
Also, I have a strong feeling that the cpa network significantly shaves. Every time I get less clicks, earnings go up. (But I designed the LP, around their locker )
The host I use, seems a lot slower, or I have some slow plugins.

I also think to use the money I have to solve the health problem. Then get back: focused.

The simple answer: uncertainty.

try a different cpa network? definitely take care of your health as well. don't give up, and don't let uncertainty stop you :)
