I will always go with the high-PR links, as I am not personally one who believes in the huge weight of page relevancy. If you can drop your link on relevant pages with a good PR, then go ahead, but I would never waste my time hunting out PR n/a or PR0 websites just because they were relevant to my niche.

I just go for high PR sites where I can leave anchored text. Anchored text will help with relevancy.

Can someone link to a page with an example of "Ancheored Text" please.

Is this something where the sites name is typed out and you can click on it to be brought to said site?

i cant say it is exact.. A high pr relevant will do better than just high pr.

but just relevant does not equal high pr
