Quantity is easy. Impact is rare.

One contextual link from a page that:

▸Ranks
▸Attracts real users
▸Is topically aligned

…can outperform ten links placed on:

▸Generic blogs
▸Thin guest content
▸Unrelated niches

Search engines don’t just count links — they interpret relationships.

That’s why professionals focus on where the link lives, not how many.

In your campaigns, do you prioritize link count or contextual strength?

Absolutely agree a strong contextual link from a relevant, high-quality site usually outperforms multiple weak or irrelevant links. In my experience, focus on relevance and authority rather than just quantity.
