Build your ideas, products, and sites around your traffic source. Too often I still run into prospects who're excited to build their first site (or their tenth lol) and haven't begun to form any sort of marketing strategy to support it. Not every model can survive on Facebook ads, especially if you don't know how to run them. Lastly, how important is buyer intent? Are you trying to convert on the landing page or are you trying to develop a relationship with your potential clients? Finally, what's your demo and where do they hangout? Know where you're going to get your traffic from before you invest your time and your hard earned cash in a whole new project.
