1 px icon meaning

Please help me understand this statement which states that " have a webpage with 1,000,000 1 pixel icons on it and ask 10 of your friends to go through it ,to get 10 million page views "
My doubt is how to do the above in WordPress blog .please explain in detail ,i have been searching to know the answer to it since 5 days ,but did not understood what is 1 px icon ,and does each of it increases page views .thanks
