Yes, if the proxy's IP is not flagged on any of the platforms you can do it.
However, it won't work if you bought proxies that block access to certain platforms. For example, proxy providers that sell IG proxies might block their proxies access to Twitter or other social media in order to avoid IP blocks.
So, before actually using a proxy for both platforms, connect to it through your browser and make sure it loads both websites.
