Sorry I completely missed the "residential" part of the thread. I was too sleepy perhaps lol. I have never seen a server with a residential proxy, so this method is out of the equation if you really need them.Has to be a proxy provider?
You could just setup "digitalocean/vultr/insert cheap vps name here" vpses (usually costs around 4-6 $ for a 1gb ram vps) and either install openvpn on them, or install squidproxy (if you need ip : port). Usually you can get a terrabyte of data, and fresh data center ip for that (not to mention, the connection is FAST, like.. very fast). If setting up manually is a problem, learn ansible.
