It makes me less likely to want to hire fools like them in the future. If they can't even pay attention to the post date, how will they be able to follow instructions for the job I'm paying them to do?

One more thing , I am working with this Kevin guy since last 4 years , there are various thread you can see where old threads are bumped un-necessarily .
Just a thought If any one is posting in Hire a freelancer , Want to buy section when that job if completed or Post is fulfilled OP must close the thread . In that way Newbies ( and some time colored members too ) can't bump that thread.
