You need for botting a Server, Proxies, an automated IG Program and Accounts that are created under certain conditions.
for 10 accounts you can simply get a windows vserver for unser 10$
the accounts cost you between $0.10-1.5$2
Proxies depends if ipv4 or ipv6
and the tool i would suggest you jarvee or ia

If you run clean accounts, and on home IP, you can do 5-8 easily on the same IP.
