Initially I thought he is using SMM panels but look at the number of comments on each video. All comments seems to be genuine.

Amount of subscribers does not match the average views of his videos.
Total views does not match with the number of videos on the channel.

Maybe he deleted some videos or most likely he bought this channel and bought cheap million subscribers.
