One of the methods I'm trying is requiring a 1 million dollar insurance policy for a weekend. Any ideas on how much this would cost and what a good insurance company would be?
not really sure what you need it for but the cost will vary based on what company you use for insurance and exactly what you are insuring... the only time I ever need a 1 million dollar insurance policy was on a seriously large music event and the the cost is also based on size of venue and number of attendees.... We had quoted the insurance company about 1000-1500 people and they wanted about $1 per person... hope that helps!
if it's a person whole life policy and your about 28, it will cost about 14K per year. I've insured cargo in the past and a 1,000,000+ auto from new york to long in a container cost 480.00 ( no it was not my car, it was a clients car that I was shipping )
Not sure if I understand the question, however there is a $1 million dollar insurance policy, it's called an umbrella policy. You can only get if you have auto and a homeowners policy first. The umbrella requires you have $300K policy for your auto. If you have auto and homeowners at the same insurance company you get a great discount for the umbrella which will run about $500 for the year where I live in the states. If you insurance is at different companies for auto and homeowners then you will pay much more for the umbrella which will be around $1,000 a yr.
