There is any website or another software(i think scrapebox can do this but I don't have it) where I can create short links from my long link in all available shortener services like bitly, tinyurl etc in one time?

Scrapebox has about 5 shorteners i think, 301nuke is another software and it has 100s. The owner is a member here, ask him for a discount or review copy

I use http://www.weelink.info/ with no troubles.

yeah, sure, it is your YOURLS installation and you want get what I'm shortening?
you think I'm stupid or what?
I know what Yourls is and I'm looking for one link shortener on many domain shorteners in one time.
