#1 in big G : Monthly search volume / visitors

I was wondering the ratio you can reach for actual #1 in google compared to keyword search volume in adword

Since i'm not #1 i can't figure it , i think i depend on you title page , description & url but maybe from your answers we can deduct an approximative %

Most say you get about 40%. I've never calculated the data for my #1 terms but it sounds about right. This article gives a good break down of how traffic is split on the first page:
