LOL! There's a tool called spinner chief, which is free and you can pick up an article from ezine and put it in it and generate 100 articles with one click.

I'm sure it can produce better quality articles than what a writer writing for such a price can do

This is just disgraceful. Time and again there is someone who posts such low priced projects, which I feel is just to insult the writing community. The other day, I saw a post on DP, where a lady wanted writers for $1 per 500 words. I mean what do these people think of us. Are we slaves that we will work at such rates? This is a humble request.

Yeah i understand that this may be a lot for some people but for others it is different. Their are so much competition for article writing that some people will do it for this amount. Plus I am not expecting a great article.
