Hello everybody,

I just stumbled into a new promotion by Ionos (was 1and1) and they are offering a year registration for just 1$.

No coupons needed, just check your domain and order it.

You will get it only if you buy for 2 years.
First year = 1 USD
Second year = 17 USD.

If you switched from two year to 1 year. Then it's not working. For one year cost is 10 USD.

So, when you publish a post, you need to ensure and post in details.
 
If you are a new user, you don't have to register for 2 years.

Here is my invoice on 2021, I just paid 1CAD, less than a 1USD for one year.
And they open this promotion from time to time for new users.

This is not Godaddy :D So please try before you start questioning others.

You are showing 2021 invoice! Try today. I'm right and you are wrong. After seeing your post, I tried but failed. Try today and share latest screenshot and not of 2021.
 
We are not in a competition here to see who is right or who is wrong. And acting like you rediscovered the moon.

If it failed for you maybe you have an old account.
I know it's from 2021, I already stated it. It's just an example to show they don't do the same false promotion as Godaddy.

So maybe you account is not new.
I want trust your story not having fact about where you account is from and what you are doing wrong.
What I know is that from my side which I trust with my own eyes, is 1$.

I'm not gaining something from this, so don't be a smart-wanna-be and waste my time.
I trust the page I see infront of me. If you have an issue, just pass to another promotion.

To answer your other question, I didn't try to, but maybe you can use your paypal for the second account.
 
I got 4 domains from them with Hosting on black Friday for $1 each with 2 accounts, so maybe wait for the black Friday deal.

But on the other hand, I had the worst experience with closing the account. They don't make it easy.

Also, make sure that your card is expiring or removed otherwise it will be charged with the renewal. And that will be $$$

Yes it seems hard to close with them. But next time try to call them from skype. the agent will close your account for you in 2min.

I think it depends on the location. Mine says $7/year for 1 year just $20/year. Location is Kenya.

Edit: used vpn and connected to boston. The new price is $3. I guess the offer deppends on your location. Let me try other locations.
