Hello and I hope everyone is doing great today! So, here's the story. One of my sites is a little over 4 years old and hit the first page of Google about 2 weeks ago at #9. This morning it jumped to #2 for it's keyword which has 90,000+ Exact Local Monthly Searches and today it's brought in $1,985 in sales and I'm ecstatic! It's a services based site which sells a few different packages and can't believe how well its done today. Starting now I'll be working on getting it to number one and can't wait to see how it progresses. It just goes to show you that there's still an immense amount of potential in IM you just have to keep working at it. Never ever give up and stay dedicated and there's no doubt you'll be successful. I wish you all the best and was excited to share today's results with the community.

Amazing... just don't go and shoot yourself in the foot by over doing your link building. You're making great revenue... last thing you want is a penalty on your hands and watch it all go away. But congratulations on your success!
 
Thanks everyone I appreciate it. I'm definitely very happy. It's been a good 4 years and it's finally ranking well. It was definitely a lot of work but very well worth it.

No you're 100% right. I'm going to have to be very careful with the Link Building. After all this time I'd hate to to suffer from a penalty!

Congrats dude. You are absolutely right on the huge power of IM. I like to tell my clients that there are so many profitable keywords available for SEO that the surface hasnt been scratched yet. Just because a competitor is ranked on the top for specific keyword that gets 10k hits a month. There is still a lot of smaller, easier keywords to rank for. When you add all those up, they usually will bring in more traffic then the one BIG keyword. Low hanging fruit baby.

I just secured a JV with guy that owns a website that is the industry leader in his niche. He get over 100k hits a month. Im going to SEO up his site while working on the SEO website he and I will be creating together. He's dumping over $100k in this business. In the JV I get a salary and 50% of the profit!!! This has been a good week for me. Glad to hear Im not the only one.

Awesome Job Dude!

Its threads like this that keep me working hours on end right now, even if im not making any money yet. Threads like these help me realize that ONE DAY things will just click and money will start to be made. Thanks for the inspiration, keep up the good work!
