1-800 number to charge clients per minute

One of my clients want to have a dedicated phone line for psychic readings. She is now with some company that charges customers for readings per minute, and she wants to quit and start on her own.

So, where to get 1800 number that would redirect calls to her Google voicemail and clients would pay per minute of her reading?

I see Paypercall offers with setup fee of $599. It's kind of expensive.

Is she already getting traffic at where she's working now? Certainly she would need some time to set up her site, or is she just going to pay for traffic?

North of $500 is going to be the norm for a dedicated number/software/system.
