what can i do to make money from an email list of 1.7m fresh emails I don't have a blaster or anything, so offer suggestions please
If you can't send to them, your best bet is to sell them. If you don't have a way to mail to them I can't really see much you can do with them by hand. Probably be better to try and sell the list, or pieces of it. Maybe take and sell 100k, or 500k at a time. If you only sell them to a couple of people they will probably do pretty well and you'll get some good feedback which would help you in selling the rest, or charging a higher price for the rest maybe if they turn out to be really good.
Don't spam. People do not like spam message. If you don't like it too, don't sell them or spam them. BHW MEMBER don't have to make money by spamming others.
If you just scraped them, then nothing, as anyone can do it. If you got them from opt-in, then depending on the niche, its their worth.
If only the OP can take you seriously. It's just going to be a waste of time since it's not consented and targeted.
