The Assignment
The successful candidate will be building a stunning looking website, with a backend that is able to monitor & manage affiliate sales people.
Half of the project shouldn’t be too difficult. It will be a simple landing page with a small blurb and payment links that go through to a Go Cardless payment portal. I say this isn’t the difficult part as it’s not technical as such and is, in fact, what I’ve got to date. However, the site was something I built myself and could do with an overhaul. If anybody has any ideas on how it could be improved, all the better.
The second half of the project is something I would consider technical. I intend to hire local salespeople who will be paid via commission. I need to be able to track who has sold what, so I can pay them fairly – I have no idea where to start. Ideally, this would work as a backend to the website – So I have a login and so do the affiliates, but I’m open to suggestions (I’m hoping there is a Wordpress plugin of some kind).
The Particulars (how you’ll get paid)
Payment will occur in stages that coincide with how far along the project is, we will agree on the terms before work commences (as I am not a technical person, there will be a certain amount of consulting before hand – to make sure the expectation gap is minimal)
Payment will be made through Paypal or BACS. (NOT CRYPTO)
The Approval Process
Please send a proposal across to me via PM. The proposal should include the following:
· A quote for the work, in USD.
· A timeline for the project.
· Your ideal payment terms.
· Your ideas on how to you would achieve the project.
· Any other additional ideas you may have, the more creative – the better.
The project will be awarded to the most practical, creative ideas so long as they have a reasonable timeline and budget.
The budget in the title should only be viewed as a guideline and while it is important, it is not the be all and end all of choosing somebody to complete the project. Please price the project as to what you think is fair.
If it’s below that figure, great – that’ll be considered when making the decision.
If it’s above that figure, fine – just make sure there is a reason.
Who Should Apply?
Anybody who is allowed to reply, is more than welcome to.
You should be able to show examples of websites you have created.
There should be at least two reviews of your work from Jr. VIP’s or above. Direct references are also fine.
DO NOT reply via PM if you are not allowed to. (Seriously, I feel bad reporting you – but I will.)
DO NOT ask me about joining as an affiliate. This is not something that is open to BHW just yet.
