I would highly recommend not overly marketing your products on the page. Create status updates once in a while that are relevant to the page and follow with a link. Also I wouldn't always add a link to each status update. Try to keep the page legit and less spammy.
If you have other pages I would pick one or two of them and add them to favorites on this page.

You can either sell it, monetize it by posting CPA offers, start smaller groups and monetize those ones and advertise the smaller groups (safest option) or much more

Right so you would joint venture with him to get a page of all his clients again that does him not good and does you plenty. I think the logic speaks for itself here. Also no need to devolve to arguing here if you have a valid point that can actually stand on its on two feet.

wat how can i get all his clients? u do know what a external like page is?
all he would do is do a status update to a page with both our cpa widgets on and people click "like" share and then widget appears they fill survey we both get money.i have over 6million fans on FB i dont need this guy but im always willing to learn people and give them a good start

WRONG, maybe you should stop trying to be the defender of noobs. I JV with people like this all the time. If he has 1.3million likes on his FP and hasn't monetized it he NEEDS someone like myself or lethal. People who know how to make things viral with externals and app scripts so we can rotate widgets and make lots of money.
To the Original Poster, if you'd LIKE to make some money I'm sure lethal or myself would be happy to make you an extra $2000-$3000 a week. PM one of us. Or both of us.
