Using MicroNicheFinder I found good niche with perfect keywords. I created Landing Page (or website) and want that my LP become on first page on google with this keywords. What I must do?

Usual SEO... I have written a post which you might find useful... It's tested method and will work...

Work on backlinks they mean the most. However there are many seo factors on page to consider once you have it.
 
Starting Quality Backlinking along with social media.
 
Create a bunch of splogs, and link to your site. Use your keyword in 20-40% of the backlinks.
 
Include some good quality contents then start off page. it will increase your visibility and within a week you can get the desired rank.
 
create quality backlink using thats keywords. do off-page submission using that keywords and also used that keyword in your meta keyword, meta description, title.
 
I never tried MicroNicheFinder. This is the first I've heard of it. Other than that, the suggestions that people above have given I find very helpful and I intend to use them.
