It's only good to register domains for testing purposes. The renewal rate is at $35 per year and to get it down to $10, you have to pay for 100 years in advance.
Not sure though about the transfer out, but there also must be a catch..

Yeah you usually have to call them to transfer but yeah like you said it's good for test domains that you are running.

When people mention domain testing, they don't register domains with keywords that could potentially lead to earnings. The whole purpose is to do SEO tests, to attain results to learn of what works and what doesn't to apply the working strategies on money sites.
