$1.2 CPA for Search Arbitrage

I also do search arbitrage for 2 years now. I had extremely good results and I was able to make massive profits during this time, but for some reason I experience a massive drop in epc in the last few months. It's still okay, but I can't even compare it to the results I had before.. Still trying to figure out how can I fix this, because right now I can't scale properly, because my campaigns are dying after 1-2 days, seems like epc and aov goes down day by day. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
we also face the same issue but the result is better now, may we connect to share more

Same, from September it was a nightmare also for me.

TikTok is a shit storm of unstable CPAs. They'll go from 1.2 to 0.4 and back up.
search arb is saturated as hell, too many affs are in destroying it. Google sent a super aggressive letter to the feeds in December notifying them this wild wild west has to end.

If you have a plan let's talk about. I can surely help you scale it. I have ton of experience with working ads

we prepare new creative and always try with new ones each week, the result is still good for a short of time then raise gradually. the overall result is still good but it's hard for us to scale it up
I don't understand. How is scaling the problem if everything is good?

What problems do you have?
I am experiencing scaling issues. I have one low-budget campaign that runs from 12 AM to 5 PM with a daily budget ranging from $30 to $60, solely to warm up the RPC. During this time, RPC is very low, but the CPA is also low, allowing me to generate profits consistently, even if I run it 24/7 across all 20 verticals. However, the peak time for high RPC is from 8 AM to 5 PM. In these hours, I run a campaign with 20+ ad sets, each set at $20, featuring a very small CPC of $0.3-$0.5. however doesn't matter if my CPC is low my CPA increases significantly, going from 0.4-0.5 to 1 or 1.2. Consequently, I'm observing minimal profits on some verticals and, in some cases, even losses.

@Ardeopes Any tips for more stable scaling?

Tell me if it doesn't bother you. How do you start scaling when you see that the link has worked and there is a profit?

What time do you launch?
Have you resolved the scaling issue?

I observe in myself that the launch on Thursday at 00 01 gives me the opportunity to get to a good auction.

On facebook and tiktok I usually start by duplicating winning ads into new campaigns. It works most of the time.

I experience exactly the same thing with RPCs during that time period of the day. Those 20+ adsets are all the same? or different ads/targeting?

The first thing is about the market you are targeting, the second is whether your product is optimized to reach the best number of customers?
You can search for several agents on the home page, they are highly professional and can help you
