1,000 hits per day... Is this right?

I started my first blog and just did a couple of backlinks and pinged it. Tried the social bookmarking but that took too long. Is a thousand a day good or should i do more for seo?

ya..getting 1000 hits a day is quite good amount!!!btw how many unique's are there in those 1000??

to ramchaturvedi my unique's are around 600 per 1000.
 
OMG!!! 1k a day just from pingoat and pinglar? WOW! how old are these blogs?
 
Its just a baby. But its on i very hot subject and i think we know what that is. Just thought it would have more traffic.
 
How are you converting those 1000 hits? PPC (adsense) or affilliate links/products?
Are you on top of google for a keyword in particular or spreaded for many keywords, or better yet and Authority site for a specific niche?
 
agent is right :). I was using adsense+cpa. But i wasnt getting any clicks. So now i just have a few cpa ringtone offers. And i'm spreading my keywords. I'm not ranking high but i guess people are finding me somehow.

that's awesome. my blog is already a couple of month old and I just managed to reach the 500 unique mark recently

trying to use pingoat and pingler for additional boost and see what happens
 
That's great. I had a site with 20000 UHits/day. But i had to close it. :(
