000Webhost: do they pay? and your opinion?

I want to start promoting 000webhost and i wanted to know do they actually pay for every "free" sign up or is it for every paid sign up?

On their website they say they pay for every "free" sign but i just want to know for sure.

More importantly, do they pay and are they on time?

Anyone been with them care to give me any tips on how to promote?

Don't waste your time there. I used to drive a lot of traffic there but never got payment.

they don't pay, don't promoting them just ignore it, there has to be more in out there just leave them alone, we just need their free hosting
