is this your first account or have you been banned and this is a new account on the same device? Are you following commenting ect other users accounts? Are you using hashtags? instagram does not give as much organic reach as tiktok does now a days.

So the OP(Original Poster maxvolga) might not be aware of how traffic usually needs to be driven to a product/page/account etc. Let alone shadow banned and such.
We may need to be a bit more clearer about that and how it works.
Sometimes as seasoned Vets we just assume everyone is aware of these things.
One would be surprised at how many people I've worked with who thought if they just built a beautiful/ expensive website the traffic/customers would magically appear. and in a lot of cases the folks building those sites for them will only explain this after be paying for building that pretty site then go on to offer to do what is necessary for them to start receiving that much sought after traffic the owner wants to drive to that site that he has already invested so heavily in..

I subscribed to 150 people and my views increased.But my rils still doesn't show in the feed.Is this normal?

I think you might be shadow-banned, which is why your reels are not getting pushed into the audience's feed. No worries, it's temporary.
Start using relevant hashtags.
Try to like the comments.

Any social network does not like new accounts, as they may be bots, this is the norm. The account should exist for some time, and it is advisable not to spam with a large number of videos on the account. If we talk about Instagram, I think the account should be used often and for a long time, the system promotes older accounts. IMHO.
