HI got 0 view for the reel of several ig accounts, after sending the problem report, the posted reels got views, but still 0 view for the new reels.

Post a photo with a specific hashtag with low posts. and check from another account if your post appears in that hashtag, if not, you're shadowbanned like @Nikolaos said!
