0 Impressions After Unsuspended

I had multiple accounts get suspended for suspicious payments on the same MCC. 2 got unsuspended and both won't spend or get any impressions now. 1 of the accounts had a good amount of spend before this. Has anyone seen this issue or fixed it?
 
If it is accounts under an MCC and experiencing the issue that you've mentioned, then it is a shadow ban on those accounts (after the unsuspensions). Such a scenario in unsuspend accounts under an MCC, has been happening since the last 2 months.
 
All billing, address, business, domain, and user data on Google's backend is linked. So if an account gets suspended then the same data is linked to another account, that will be at risk as well. Try manual bidding to kick start impressions but if that doesn't work you might be SOL. Last resort, setup a new domain/billing/address and create a new ad account on a new computer from a new Google user. Or skip some steps and risk a little more. Good luck :)
 
It can happen for example u hv used low cpc not to trigger ads before u want to start profiting on your camp or u hv scheduled camp. Then sudden cpc raise wont get u almost anything. I hv had money campaigns scheduled and when i want to run it hardly even shows ads. If thats you case then i suggest to make new adgroup. Once its live it works normally.

There is no such thing like Shadow ban in google ads, I also thought few days back but after research, I got to know why it's happening and found out the solution. Now I am not gonna tell what is the solution but yes there no such thing like Shadow ban.
 
You may need to update your billing information for you ads to start working.

Well, many others will most likely not agree with your statement and unfortunately you fail to prove your point with evidence or explanations that would not only help others who are facing such a problem, but also give credibility to what you say. This is especially necessary as shadow bans are in general not a myth in the world of compliance and suspension and you claim that you know for sure that this platform is not engaging in established methods. While you might not be wrong, there is no given reason why you might be right. I would highly appreciate if you can elaborate your findings and your solutions. I think we all already experienced cases where everything seemed to be alright with an account, its ads, its keywords and the billing profile, but there were simply no impressions. I also experienced such a situation with multiple agency accounts. If nothing was done, then after around 3 days of no impressions the accounts received a suspension (usually suspicious payments). But if the live chat was contacted before that, then they asked a couple of questions about the business and your contact/personal details and then they forwarded it to the specialist team. After a couple of hours, the specialist visited the landing page and suddenly the ad was running with impressions. Now, while a manual review was obviously necessary to get it running, it would not have been performed without contacting support and the outcome of waiting longer would have been the suspension. And now how do you otherwise call it if an account is limited/restricted in the background, but has no clear indication of its limitation/restriction (like a suspension banner, error message, email)? This is exactly what is meant with "shadow ban".

well, it's good for you if your issue is getting fixed by contacting support. but for me, I don't have to contact them I know what is the reason behind no impressions I was not getting impressions for almost 15 days and after I fixed the problem I am getting impressions, and it's not just 1 account I have multiple accounts and the solution is working perfectly on every account.

I contacted support and they said quality score was too low :suspicious: - so useless.

how plz tell.....i have 0 impression???
 
I had the problem with a "shadow ban" after ads got locked for payment error.
They lock the account after the 3rd booking try and i unlocked it. The campain i was running got fd and was worthless. I Did a new camapin on the same acc and the problem was over. But 0 Imps on a campain locked or unlocked i have never had before. As some one said the domain gets flagged you cant just open a new g acc on the same domain.
