When i say 0 cent it doesnt mean it's for free literally... its just like less then a cent ;)... Anyway to the point
    ----

    Cheap Facebook clicks

Ill keep this as short and simple as possible.
Everyone is talking about Facebook cheap clicks. Well ill tell you how i do it.

1st of all, it is important to pick something that is very very popular. Like, last what i chosoed was Amy Winehouse's death. I had CTR almost 1,8% with CPC around 0,35 CENTS. Not dollars, im talking about 0,35 cents ! :)

2nd thing is you must chose good title. I have chosed simple title but it was trending then (2-3 hours after her death). "Amy Winehouse R.I.P." and the body was like "omg omg omg omg omg omg...". But you dont have to do that "omg" thing. I have had high CTR's with "Click LIKE if you love XYZ". It works great too. You are telling to them to click like if you are sending users to your page. If you are sending them to an offer then just write something like "Click here if you love XYZ". You can send them direct to the offer by IFRAMING it! If you link directly to your CPA link, facebook will not accept your add!

3rd image is important. What I do is make an ROUNDED image with fat red border. It outstands and people just cant not to see it.

4th You always chose CPM. The trick is to pick smart with demographic to have high CTR. You cant expect high ctr if you advertise some justin bieber offer to 50 y. old guys lol. But if you chose 15-18 years old girls who liked "justin bieber" official page already, then you can expect high CTR. This is the part when you have to use your brain. You can split test some ad like same ad but with different age gaps. 18-20, 20-22, 22-24 etc. When you see which one gives best results you pause others and continue the best one. So when you target your audience you always target people who already liked same or similar thing! That is crucial part too!

5th Price... If facebook suggest you for example .45-.75 $. You place your bid to 5 cents more then the lower number which is 0,45$ in this example. Why? Well its b/c you want your ad to be placed on better position so you can have better CTR. So your bid would be 0,50$ in this case.

6th For testing i always pick estimated reach between 8-10k people. To lower down estimated reach just pick some town not the whole country, that should do the work. If you see CTR is high, you can make a new ad with bigger estimated reach

Note - always set daily budged so you dont lose your money. It's all about testing. Things that go best are trending news (you must be fast) and tv shows and movies that are NEW but very popular!

I wont write here how to monetize it, that is a whole different subject. What i suggest is to test this steps with 20 dollars. With like 3 dollars daily budget. You will see what works and what doesnt work.

That's it. If you have any questions feel free to ask here, NOT on PM!

P.S. sorry for misspelling etc. :) I hope it will help you and that you enjoyed!

Facebook is practically whole blue and white... Contrast do the thing...

For example what i did once and hat like 0,5% CTR is i put a picture of the thing i was advertising and i photoshopped it the way that everything around the pic was white... then i put big fat circle around it. like 10 px fat.

It does look ugly, but it stands out.

Another interesting thing you can do is...
Ad images are usually 110x80 but if you make your ad picture 80x80 there is a white empty space between your ad picture and your ad body text... It also makes your advertisement stands out.

I love psychology and i always make some words stands out like putting quatations marks around that word which is written with capital letters...

Click "LIKE" if you LOVE xyz.

Just CLICK HERE, you got nothing to lose!

Offer is limited so ACT FAST and CLIK now!

etc etc... Test it and you will see what works best for you.

There is also a technique to get a PPC cheap clicks... not even close to 1 cent clicks but below 9-10 cent without a problem... I'll share that method too, in a day or two!

Iam sure you are talking about 35 cents CPC , which is = .35$ and not 0.35 CENTS = 0.0035$ or am making a mistake somewhere.

    1,17$ (spent money) / 304 (clicks) = 0,0038$ CPC ;)

$19.36/304 = 0.0446$ .Your CTR is better for this ad and hence you have lower calculated CPC.

However, Thats not the point, it is very easy to attain those numbers.

But eventually you are still paying 5-10 cents for clicks. Dont forget a lot of those clicks are social clicks for which you are not being charged.

Actually very small part of those clicks are social clicks. But it doesnt matter, the point is that its possible to get cheap clicks if you think out of the box. It doesn't matter now if its 0,003 or 0,01$... The cheaper the better :). In the end clicks can be extra cheap but if you dont monetize them then it ends up clicks were expensive b/c you didnt monetize them. If you are able to monetize 0,1$ clicks and have good ROI thats what it counts in the end.

I was sending people to the page so I send them some offer every 2-3 days ;). Campaign wasnt expensive so no hurry for me... Few offers per week is enough for me, tho next campaign I will probably send users directly to the offer and not to the page.

The reason is around 0,5%-2% of people of total fans click on your status links. So page's are long term plan. If you want fast money then sending them to the offer directly is the key and get their emails there if possible. That way you dont lose them + you can convert them same moment. With pages it takes some time ;). But im in plus in the end if that's your question ;)

mtwttr, how does facebook react when you send people to landing page that doesn't actually match the ad?
Also if people are clicking because they want to know more about Amy's dead and land on an offer, did they convert at all?

In Amy's case I first sent them to the fan page... From there I send them via statuses to some offers like... "who's ring is this" where they decide betweeh 3 celebs who has that ring... it's 1,20$ email offer... The some movies, celebs, music offers etc. You must pick offers that are closest to the audience you got in your page.

If you send them directly then you can send them to some poll 1st that has something to do with the ad and when they fill in the poll then you can go like "for our visitors only, special offer... fill in XY and win ZY" :).

Hmm I didn't notice that nor I payed attention on that...

BTW one more important thing is if you make a fan page you must chose "Brand or product" and in a dropdown menu "Website"... Many people chose community which is not smart. Facebook can take from you "community fan page" and the page that is set as a "Brand or product" cant be taken ;). Have on mind that!

Clicks that come indirectly to your page. For example your friends likes some page and you see it on his wall and you click it too... You came as a free click ;)

that's another topic i was going to research deeply into

i wanted to make a chain effect reaction with my fan page, get people to like it by paying and then getting snowball effect by their friends liking it for free.
Now that would be great. Any thoughts and tips on that? :)

I've seen so many stupid pages getting 10s of thousands of fans overnight.
