This coupon link offer is from 1and1.com.
There is no actual coupon, but the discount link.
Must follow these steps in order to display the discount:

1. Clear cookies if you have visited 1and1.com previously, otherwise the discount will not appear.

Must go to this exact link and clear cookies beforehand.

I hear nothing but bad things about 1and1, How hard is it to transfer a domain from them after so many months?
 
1 and 1 is just about the worst registrar I've ever used. I regret buying domains from them so much.
 
I see a lot of bad reviews about 1and1 and I rarely see any good reviews at all so it makes me not want to buy from them.
Can you even push the domain to another account?
 
one and one sucks! I'd prefer to pay the extra and avoid one and one than get a domain locked in with them for 0.99c
Go with namecheap.com all day long
 
If you are planning to transfer your domain it will cost you $25 i think. Its not worth for me.
 
Do they have custom nameserver settings and do they accept Paypal?
 
no serious and reliable registrar would offer you .com domains for $1. They lack quality so they want to get quantity from possible $1 sign ups.

Thanks for the share OP but just to add to the 1and1 hate.....They are utter shite and will spam you to death forever....avoid
 
1and1 no thanks I prefer to buy 9 dollar domain to other site :p
 
1&1 couldnt pay me to host my domains with them

I use such domains with domain parking companies, drive some traffic to them,earn some money and let them die after 1 year :p
