0.5 DR 2nd result on google

Hi,

I am new to SEO, researching competitors.
I noticed that the 2nd result only has a 0.5 DR rating how can this be?
I checked backlinks and it was alot of blog posts (if i looked up those websites it said not enough data to see DR)

How can this be?

Good on site seo could be the reason

Good OnPage, Topical Authority,PBNs, could be a combination of these.

If the keyword is low competition then it's definitely possible and if it is medium or high competition then PBNs for sure.

They might be blocking bots to avoid getting crawled. If they don't have enough authority, then it's a goldmine for you. Check the keywords they are ranking for and target them to easily rank.
